AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement made between Advanced Data Tech Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd, on one hand, and the Users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as Users), on the other.

This document contains information about the activities of “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd., regulating the relationship between us and each of our users.

SERVICES

Art. 1. On the Site Users can receive information about the activities of “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd.
Art. 2. Through the contact form on the Site, the Users can send inquiries to “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. and start negotiations for concluding a contract.
Art. 3. Users voluntarily share their personal data in the contact form.
Art. 4. The only mandatory fields in the contact form are the name of the User and his email.
The data is collected so that “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. can follow up and answer the user’s inquiry.
Art. 5. “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. deletes the personal data of the User after the expiration of 12 months from their collection.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Art. 6. The intellectual property rights over all materials and resources located on the website of Advanced Data Tech Ltd. (including the available databases) are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to Advanced Data Tech Ltd. or to the respective indicated person, who has transferred the right to use “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd., and may not be used in violation of the current legislation.
Art. 7. In case of copying or reproduction of information beyond the permissible, as well as in case of any other violation of the intellectual property rights on the resources of “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd., “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. has the right to claim compensation for direct and indirect damages in full.
Art. 8. Except as expressly agreed, the User may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute and otherwise disclose the information resources published on the website of Advanced Data Tech Ltd.
Art. 9. “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. undertakes to take care to ensure the possibility of the User to have normal access to the services provided on adt-ltd.org.
Art. 10. “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. reserves the right to suspend access to the services provided without notice. “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. has the right, but not the obligation, at its discretion to delete information resources and materials published on its website.

 

CHANGES OF TERMS OF USE

Art. 11. “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. is obliged to notify the Users of any change in these terms and conditions within 7 days of the occurrence of this circumstance at the e-mail address specified by the User.
Art. 12. When the User does not agree with the changes in the terms and conditions, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and without paying compensation or penalty. In order to exercise this right, the User must notify “Advanced Data Tech” Ltd. within one month of receiving the notice under the previous article.
Art. 13. In case the User does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the procedure set forth in these terms and conditions, the amendment shall be deemed accepted by the User without objections.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

Art. 14. These conditions are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Bulgaria, therefore, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions.
